• Ability to lead and work as part of the team.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsible for all aspects of year-end procedures.
• Responsible for recruitment and human resource allocation activities for the team.
• Adaptable and flexible; and should possess good attitude.
• Handle queries related to payroll, Income tax, statutory etc.
• Ensure that the queries and deliverables are well within the TAT.
• Provide focus and direction to team members
• Motivate team members to do better
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage the leave attendance of the clients’ employees
• Manage key accounts and set deadlines for the payroll team for the client deliverables
• Handle performance appraisal and training for the team
• Conduct induction programs for new joiners
• Graduate degree in any field
• Should possess communication skills
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Client handling experience required
