Experience: 6-8 Years

Education: B.COM, M.COM, MBA, BBA, BBM

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• MS-Excel
• Indian Payroll Experience
• Indian Income Tax strong experience
• Good in outsource end to end payroll.
• Accuracy and attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Form 16 filing and E-TDS Filling quarterly.
• perquisites, reimbursement calculations
• Good in outsource end to end payroll.
• Migration of New Client with end to end implementation
• Updating the Day to Day activity report to the Management
• Monthly Activities Deliverables agreed as per the timeline
• Quarterly Activities Verifying and filing of ETDS returns
• Half Yearly Activities Verifying and filing of ESIC returns
• Year End Activities, preparation of Form 3A and Form 6A. 
• PT annual returns and Form 16 for salaried employees
• Coordinating with the client to fix up an meeting with employees
  for a help desk session
• Training for New Team Members – Payroll and Statutory domain
• Attend Client Meetings 
• Preparation of MIS reports for clients and Management
• Manage team and attrition
