Designation: Senior Executive – India Payroll

You will be part of the India Payroll team that handles India payroll processes. The job profile involves handling multiple client payroll processing and managing payroll processing of over 3000 employees per month.

Role Expectations:
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of statutory/ compliance and Income Tax Act and rules with regard to salaries
• Knowledge of Form-16 filing, and Form-24Q reconciliation and filing
• Adaptable and flexible; and should possess good attitude

Role Responsibilities:
• Handle QC
• Manage Payroll processing and verification
• Perform variance analysis and review

Job Requirements:
• Graduate degree in any field
• Should possess communication skills for client interaction
• Should possess MS Excel skills
• Client handling experience required
