• Good analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of statutory/ compliance and Income Tax Act and rules with regard to salaries
• Knowledge of Form-16 filing, and Form-24Q reconciliation and filing
• Adaptable and flexible; and should possess good attitude
• Handle QC
• Manage Payroll processing and verification
• Perform variance analysis and review
• Graduate degree in any field
• Should possess communication skills for client interaction
• Should possess MS Excel skills
• Client handling experience required
