• Monitor & Manage Mail Server, AV Server, Mobile Management
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
• Knowledge of computing infrastructures
• TCP/IP and routing protocols
• DNS management
• Advanced trouble shoot on Server OS, Applications
• Monitor & Trouble shoot on Mail Server , Antivirus , office apps
• Branch office – Support, trouble shoot & monitor
• Trouble shoot on networking tool
• Monitor Backup & Restoration process
• Configuration , trouble shoot & monitoring of Server s
• Advanced activities on servers – Mail, Web, Domain, File & Backup Servers
• Asset management
• Server Log monitoring & trouble shoot
• Handle L2 escalation calls
• Trouble shoot & monitor security incident
• Monitor & Guide juniors
• Ensure / adhere IMS related process
• Monitor & trouble shoot of BCP/DR
