Designation: Senior Executive – Recruitment
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
• Proven work experience of 4 to 5 years as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices
• MBA /BE/BTech or relevant degree
• Coordination with respective department heads and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
• Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
• Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
• Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation
• Preparation of MIS.
