Minimum wages revision

The Government of Uttarakhand, vide notification No. 922/4-01/13, dated, 27th March, 2023, has revised the minimum wages for Shops and Establishments effective from 1st April, 2023 to 30th September, 2023 as below:

Call for registers in digital format - EoDB

The State Government of Uttarakhand, vide attached order no. 4869 Miscellaneous / 2020, on 22nd December 2020, has issued an Order to all industrial/commercial establishments and shops of the state to update the registers under the various Labour Acts and Manuals in computerized (digital format). It is for the effective implementation of the Ease of Doing Business scheme operated by the Government of India, on the condition that a copy of the relevant registers is presented to the inspector during the inspection of the establishment.
